Aluminum cartridges can extend the typical shelf life from about 12 months to about 18 months.

Customization and minimum order requirements
The table below applies to custom packaging. Standard packaging normally has no minimum order requirement (except polyurethane foam); custom packaging follows the minimums, fees, and notes shown here.

Polyurethane foam transport requirements
Unlike most sealants and adhesives, polyurethane foam is classified as dangerous goods for international transport.
Dangerous-goods export involves additional transport, declaration, port handling, and procedural requirements, together with relatively high fixed costs. Small shipments are therefore usually neither practical nor economical.
Based on production and transport conditions, the minimum order for polyurethane foam is one full 20 ft container. We are currently unable to arrange international transport for orders below one full container.
For full-container foam orders, we can assist with export documents, dangerous-goods transport, and the related logistics arrangements.
